I saved the best for last! Orange eyeshadow is an absolute staple in my cosmetic case and I love to mix and match it in unique ways. Read on and you will learn about the wide and varied shades of orange eyeshadow.

Hello Beautiful! If you have been checking out my posts for the past few days then you know that I have been on this eyeshadow kick. For a quick recap, I have given you thoughts and techniques on yellow eyeshadow, purple eyeshadow, blue eyeshadow, green eyeshadow, and pink eyeshadow. Now on to the finale about orange eyeshadow and how to wear it.  Personally, I wear some form or fashion of orange eyeshadow everyday, either as a base shade or as a highlighter shade.  Due to my cinammon/mocha complexion, various shades of orange eyeshadow suit my face very well.  This is a great tip no matter your complexion.  Find a core color group of eyeshadows that make you appear natural, soft and feminine.  This color group will be your staple go to guide whenever you wish to wear eyeshadows.  If you are a woman who is very fair or medium fair, shades of pink eyeshadow will probably serve as your base.  Another reason that I love shades of orange eyeshadows so much is because many browns and neutrals use orange as a base in there eyeshadow to keep the color from appearing flat.

If you are the adventurous sort, layer shades of orange eyeshadow on the lashline and eyelid with shades of yellow eyeshadow; this will make your eyes absolutely glow while blending effortlessly.  Adding shimmer when you are using orange eyeshadow is another great tip.  This is safe shade to go metallic in as well due to the color’s natural ability to blend and adapt.

I adore orange eyeshadow!  What are some of your favorite shades?
